- From: Interstate 95. (North/George Washington Bridge) As you cross the bridge follow signs for West Side Highway (9A). Take the West Side Highway South (Downtown). At 48th Street, make a left. The Best Western President Hotel at Times Square will be on the right, between 8th Avenue and Broadway.
- From: Lincoln Tunnel. Access 42nd Street as you leave the tunnel. At 8th Avenue, make a left. Follow 8th Avenue to 48th Street, make a right. The Best Western President Hotel at Times Square will be on right.
- From: Queens MidTown Tunnel. Make a right on 34th Street. Take 34th to 8th Avenue and make a right. Follow 8th Avenue to 48th Street and make a right. The Best Western Hotel at Times Square will be on the right.
- From: New England. Take Interstate 95 South to Cross Bronx Expressway. Take the Cross Bronx to the West Side Highway (9A). Take the West Side Highway South (Downtown). At 48th Street, make a left. The Best Western President Hotel at Times Square will be on the right, between 8th Avenue and Broadway.
- From: Albany. Take the New York Throughway (Interstate 87 South) to the Palisades Parkway South (Exit 13).
